Podcast: Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club Go Virtual!

BFC digitise their office and contact centre team in days during the COVID-19 pandemic

In our first ever Foehn podcast, hosted by Helen Lancaster (Head of Marketing at Foehn), we are delighted to be joined by Brian Kearney (Digital Systems Manager at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club).

Brian joins us to talk through the club’s rapid transition to remote working during a busy time of the season. March is traditionally a peak period for Brighton and Hove Albion’s contact centre who are dealing with season ticket sales and seat moves for the 20-21 season.

In addition to keeping a ‘business as usual’ approach whilst moving the contact centre and back office team to work remotely, Brian also talks about the unexpected community benefits the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to the club. Brighton have been able to  proactively reach out to their vulnerable season ticket holders during isolation and provide essential support and groceries!
